(Environmental) Pty Ltd (QCSE) commenced operations in South Australia
in 1991. The initial business focus was the international Oil Industry
operating in Australia. Since those early days, QCSE has diversified
its operations into the provision of Australian and International
certification programs commonly known as Australian (AS) or International
Standards Organisation (ISO) Standards.
QCSE is accredited against the International Accreditation Forum
requirements for Certification Bodies and is externally audited
to ensure the integrity of its operations.
The firm is wholly Australian owned with its head office in South
Australia, an office in Melbourne
and agents in Perth, China and Taiwan. Through these offices and
agencies, QCSE services clients in all Australian States and Territories
and Internationally in China and Taiwan.
Key contact and Managing Director, Mal Clarke, is fully accredited
to provide professional audit services across all of the programs
offered. He is a Science Graduate from RMIT University in Melbourne
and has a Masters level degree in International Business gained
at Charles Sturt University in NSW. Mal has experience working
within Australia as well as Thailand, China, Indonesia, Taiwan,
Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States of America.
