The Australian and
International Standards programs require that your company management
systems have clear procedures for the following:
Identification of environmental or health and safety risks related
to your business activities including;
- A risk based ranking for the issues identified;
- Clear objectives and targets related to the management of
these risks;
- A structured process to measure company performance against
these objectives and targets; and,
- A structured process to improve operational performance
related to these objectives and targets.
The most significant hurdle faced by companies is the initial
identification and risk assessment required to determine which
activities create the risks and how important these risks are
within the business operation.
QCS(E) has developed a training
program centered on your requirement to manage this issue. We
can teach your staff how to identify the activities that have
the potential to negatively affect your environmental or health
and safety performance. The training program then assists your
staff to develop management programs designed to negate the risk
to your employees and the environment.
QCS(E) will schedule the training course to meet your availability.
Training will take place at your workplace where your staff can
be taught the tools required to manage your specific environmental
and/or health and safety performance rather than a generic program.
QCS(E) training courses are very competitively priced.
We charge a Course Fee not a Participant Fee. In effect the one
fee will cover up to 10 of your staff. This structure makes it
very effective to train a number of your staff to undertake the
internal audits giving you greater flexibility in the event of
staff illness or other absence.
Please contact us by email or telephone (see details over) to
request a fixed price quotation related to your training needs.
